Does not include a frame. Paints (4 X15 ml Fevicryl Acrylic Paints + 1 brush) are optional. We recommend using acrylic paints. 8 x12 inch and 12 x 16 inch sizes are flat packed and 18 x24 inch and 20 x 30 inch sizes are packed in a cardboard tube.
